昨日，国家统计局发布11月份70个大中城市住宅销售价格统计数据。随着10月份以来各地信贷政策陆续调整，加之11月22日央行降息，政策叠加效应对房地产销售产生积极影响，11月份70个大中城市新建商品住宅成交量较10月份有所放大，为年内新高，房价环比降幅进一步收窄。业内人士表示，楼市出现触底回升迹象。
