麦当劳将加速开放“发展式特许经营”

上周，麦当劳被发现已悄然放开上海、深圳等一线城市的特许经营权。根据公司高层的最新说法，公司拟于2017年在中国新开300家餐厅。未来麦当劳将通过直营餐厅、传统式特许经营和发展式特许经营三种业务模式加速在中国的发展。

In some regions, McDonald's also has allowed developmental licensing. Under this arrangement, a local licensee owns the business, including the real estate, and uses his or her own capital and local knowledge to optimize sales.

在部分地区，麦当劳还将开放发展式特许经营。在这种模式下，当地的许可证持有人不但拥有餐厅，而且还拥有餐厅所在地产，并能运用自己的资金和当地知识使销售最优化。

“发展式特许经营”就是developmental licensing，这是麦当劳未来的业务模式之一，其他两种业务模式分别是directly operated restaurants 麦当劳方面表示，麦当劳依然会严加挑选licensee
