国家邮政局昨天发出通知，针对山东发生的快递化学品泄漏致人员伤亡事件，决定自即日起，在全国范围内开展一次落实收寄验视制度专项整治活动。
In a statement on its website, the bureau reiterated that all postal and delivery companies must have couriers inspect parcels in front of the senders.
在国家邮政局网站上发布的公告中，重申了所有邮政和快递公司必须实行收寄检视制度。
收寄检视就是在收取寄件方的物品时，要当面检视，英文表达是have couriers inspect parcels in front of the senders。山东发生的这起“killer parcels” 不执行收寄检视制度的快递公司将收到严厉处罚，包括suspending business operations
