已近岁末，中共惩治腐败的高压态势丝毫未见松懈。一部旨在指导中共党风廉政建设和反腐斗争的“五年规划”近日出台。

党中央周三表示将坚决打击腐败，在今后五年保持反腐“高压态势”。
“高压态势”就是high-handed posture，这意味着政府将采取high-handed measures 政府将加强对官员的监督，省部级以上官员必须每年向中央提交clean-governance report
