NANCHANG, Nov. 13 -- Senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official You Quan stressed efforts to study and put into action the guiding principles from the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

You, a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks during his investigation and research trip in east China's Jiangxi Province from Monday to Wednesday.

During his three-day tour, You visited sites of religious activities, local communities, united front history exhibition halls and revolutionary sites.

You also presided over a symposium attended by officials working in the united front in Jiangxi.

It is an important political task to put into action the guiding principles from the plenary session, You said at the symposium, calling for efforts to better grasp the essence of the key CPC meeting and implement the major decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee on the united front work.
