Chinese Internet company Tencent (TCEHY) is said to be looking to acquire privately held Rovio Entertainment, the maker of the popular "Angry Birds" game app, sources close to the matter told The Information.

Tencent is said to be just one of several companies to approach Rovio.

据说腾讯只是众多找到路威公司中的其中之一。

The company is considering offers, but the same source said that Rovio may opt to stay independent and could go public at the end of this year.

腾讯正在考虑出价，但上述消息称路威公司可能会选择保持独立，并且在今年年底上市。

A deal for Rovio would be close to $3 billion, but no such transaction has been reached yet, another source said.

另一消息称，路威公司的价值接近30亿美元，但目前并没有任何交易。
