HAMBURG, Germany, July 7 -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said here Friday that China is ready to work with France to support multilateralism and economic globalization and to advance global governance reform.
During a meeting with French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, Wang said Chinese President Xi Jinping and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, have engaged in positive interactions soon after the new French government was formed, laying a sound foundation for the development of bilateral relations in the new era.
