二手房交易税费“转嫁”

近日，二手房转让所得征20%个税的消息引爆了交易市场。新华社援引税收专家说法称，若转让自用5年以上且是家庭惟一生活用房，应不在此次规定之列；各地或在4月前后出台调控细化政策。
