我国设立“互联网投资基金”

1月22日，中国互联网投资基金在京成立，并与有关企业和金融机构达成多项战略合作协议。中国互联网投资基金经国务院批准设立，由国家网信办和财政部共同发起，基金规划总规模1000亿元人民币。

The newly established China Internet Investment Fund is expected to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within the internet sector via a market approach, analysts said on Monday.

分析人士指出，新设立的中国互联网投资基金有望通过市场手段在互联网行业促进创新和创业发展。

中国互联网投资基金（China Internet Investment Fund）规划总规模1000亿元人民币，首期规模300亿元，资金已全部认缴到位。除中央财政引导资金（fund allocated from the central budget）外，出资方既包括中国移动、中国电信、中国联通、中信国安为代表的产业资本（industrial capital），也包括工商银行、中邮保险为代表的金融资本（financial capital）。

设立中国互联网投资基金是发挥市场作用助推网络强国战略实施（to bring the market function into full play and foster implementation of internet power strategy）、以市场方式助力互联网企业发展壮大（to enhance development of the internet sector via market approach）、更好地引领互联网与资本对接（to better connect the internet with capital）、更好地发挥互联网创新驱动发展的先导性作用（to help the internet better play its leading role in innovation-driven development）。

中国互联网投资基金主要采取股权投资（equity investment）方式，支持互联网企业创新发展，目标企业既包括具备一定规模的优秀企业（large-scale enterprises with excellent performance），也包括发展潜力大的成长期企业（growing enterprises with outstanding potential）。在投资运营过程中，与其他基金一样，都是市场主体，平等参与市场竞争。
