David: My parents are going there all by themselves, so I am worried about this trip for them.

戴维：我的父母是自己去旅游，所以我很替他们担心。

May: Don't be. You can help them to make the plan better before they set off.

David: Yes, I know. But the problem is how.

May: You can teach your parents a few words of Italian like thank you, how much, excuse me.

David: Yeah, you are right.

May: You also can use the tourist office to book tours and other activities. Some hotels offer this service, but the prices and arrangements are sometimes less pleasing
