工作重压下的“过劳肥”

　　每天工作8小时，大概有7个小时是坐着的。对那些时常加班的人来说，睡眠不足、不按点吃饭也是常事。所以，现在不少上班族都有“过劳肥”的趋势。

　　Obesity from overwork describes the situation that many office workers become overweight, or even obese due to overwork, excessive sitting and pressure. Overwork and excessive sitting can also lead to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other conditions.

　　“过劳肥”指很多办公室职员因为过度劳累、长时间坐着以及压力太大而变得超重，甚至肥胖。过度劳累、长期坐着还会导致心血管疾病、糖尿病以及其他疾病。

　　Sleep inadequacy, irregular and unhealthy diet, and lack of physical exercises are the main factors that lead to obesity from overwork.

　　睡眠不足，饮食不规律、不健康，少运动，都是“过劳肥”产生的主要原因。
