第二部分考试中，考官将同时发给两名考生一张不同的试题卡、一支铅笔和一张白纸。
试题卡上 印有三个备选话题，都是和商务活动有关的。两名考生从自己的试题卡中选择一个话题同时进行准备，期间可以用铅笔在纸上记录发言提纲：一分钟后，由考官任意指定一名考生先就这个话题做一分钟的演讲。该
考生的演讲结束后，另一名考生必须对这名考生刚才的演讲提出一至两个问题，然后该考生就问题作答=在听的过程中，另一名考生可以使用铅笔记录。随后，另一名考生重复上述过程。
