　　Geolocation means the ability for websites to find out the user’s location, which is useful to many web applications on mobile devices. Many mobile phones allow websites to pinpoint their location, and use that to display information about the surrounding area, show maps, points of interest, or find their closest friends.

　　Geolocation（地理定位）指网站用来确定用户所在位置的功能，该功能对于那些用于移动设备的网络应用程序尤其有用。很多网站都可以通过手机来确定用户所在的位置，然后据此显示用户所在地区周边的环境、地图、用户可能感兴趣的地方，或者找到离用户最近的朋友等等。
