上英语课时，英语老师说：今年的毕业考试，英语也算在内，而且要写小作文的，大家要努力噢!老师说是那样说，可是，从哪些方面努力呢?该怎样努力呢?一大堆的问题就随之而来了!
其实，要想写好英语作文并不难，下面提供几种方法：
一、要多看些英语报纸、杂志，不仅增强我们的英语阅读理解能力，还有利于我们写好英语作文。
在阅读时，不能有口无心，联系一个个句子去读，了解文章的大概意思，最好在读完这篇文章后，能用自己的话讲出文章的主要内容，遇到不懂的地方，可以向老师、同学请教。
二、如果在阅读时发现某个句子写得非常好，可以用笔把它记下来，这就是第二种方法：摘抄。
有许多人可能要问了：这不是和写语文作文的方法一样吗?不是的。在摘抄英语句子时，可以适当写出句子的结构、成分等。如果记多了，在写文章时自然而然地就用上了这些句子，知道了该怎样正确地表达自己想要说的话。
三、背是一种很好的方法。
英语就是要背，背得多了，就能脱口而出，就能在写作文的时候用上。我们学的《灵通英语》MissWang要求背单词，其实我觉得单词要背，句子也要背。在写一句话时，如果单词会写，却无法把这些单词组合在一起拼成一个句子，那也是不行的。有些同学在外面学了《剑桥英语》、《新概念英语》等，那里面的文章堪称精中之精，我建议大家把那里面的文章最好都背诵下来。
四、只做到读、写、背还是不够的，你还需要一双敏锐的眼睛去观察周围的事物，因为有许多事物都值得写。
写好英语作文的窍门就这么简单：多读、多写、多背、多看。
