小升初疯狂择校：谁之责

各位专家：
教育公平是近年来的热词。近年来这个词热了，我们应该高兴，因为相对于衣食冷暖，教育公平显得上了层次，社会关注到教育公平，表明我们的经济发展得不错。《教育改革发展纲要》也提出：教育承载着人们对于幸福生活的美好期待。要实现这样的美好愿景，教育公平至关重要。教育公平是社会公平的最基本的表现形式，也是促进社会公平的保障和手段之一。
择校最热点的部分就是小升初，我们重点聊一下北京小升初的历史
在座的专家们大都参加过小升初的考试。以北京为例，我一个朋友小学上的是当时的宣武区琉璃厂小学，这是一所很不起眼的小学，现早被撤并了，但她以语文数学总分
