根据赋值表显示，可以享受加分的学生干部岗位有三种，分别为大队委、中队委和班委，其中大队委加4分、中队委和班委均加2分，不能累计加分。按照小学校长和学生家长的介绍，享受这个待遇的学生干部岗位在岗时间限定为5到6年级。
按照海淀区今年的小升初推优政策，一个学生最高评价分为100分，其中荣誉称号最高30分、学业评价最高60分，只有评价为A才能记分、竞赛获奖最高6分。由此来看，对于竞争之激烈不亚于高考的小升初来说，因担任学生干部而获得的4分加分含金量不可谓不小。
