2010年小升初已经拉开帷幕，为帮助家长们积极应对，特别整理提供2009东城区推优工作情况、2009年北京小升初相关资料。希望通过了解去年的情况，更好地把握小升初的节奏，打一场成功的小升初战役！加油！
2009年4月18日上午，记者从东城区考试中心中招办获悉，今年东城小升初略有调整，由以往先招特长生变为首先进行推优工作，这样可以提早给家长们吃一颗定心丸。
据介绍，昨天东城区考试中心已给各中学布置了相应的工作，尽管本市小升初政策一直没有出台，但预计与去年的政策基本一样，各个区县会做微调，仍然沿用去年的推荐派位方式，还包括文体科技特长生、划片派位、共建生等多种途径。
先进行推优工作，主要是可以让好学生能够早确定留下来。有关学校负责人表示，不用再参加特长生的考试，以往先进行特长生的考试，会让学生和家长非常累，毕竟特长生的选拔人数很少，到底能不能靠特长入学心里没底。
同时，今年东城区先进行推优工作，还有个重要原因是生源较少，保证东城的好学生不至于外流,毕竟现在很多家庭让孩子两条腿走路,推优和特长生两种选拔同时进行。
据了解，预计今年小升初入学将主要包括两种方式，即免试就近入学和文体科技特长生入学。
其中免试就近入学包括备受关注的推荐派位，具体的推荐标准和比例由区县确定，其中推荐比例可能略微有变化。
在特长生入学上，小学毕业生可根据本人的情况，就读经教育行政部门认定的艺术教育特色学校、体育传统项目学校、科技活动示范学校，原则上面向本区县接收特长生。
据悉，今年小升初仍将严禁在义务教育阶段入学组织任何形式的考试、测试和面试。要求区县划定区域内每所学校对应的服务片，学校应首先接收本片内的学生，严格控制跨区县流动。
