　　Just as bosses and boards have finally sorted out their worst accounting and compliance troubles, and improved their feeble corporation governance, a new problem threatens to earn them-especially in America-the sort of nasty headlines that inevitably lead to heads rolling in the executive suite: data insecurity.

　　【讲词】 board除了木板之外，可表示董事会，即board of directors。

　　sort out意为挑选;清理;解决。

　　accounting意为会计。

　　compliance意为遵守;顺从;答应，在句中表示接受监管;遵守有关的条规或制度。

　　governance意为统治;管理;统辖，corporation governance意为公司治理或公司管理。

　　heads rolling句中意为走人;辞退。Heads are rolling at the company.(公司有人卷铺盖滚蛋了。)

　　suite套房，套间，the executive suite指管理层。

　　【译文】老板和董事会成员最终解决了极其严重的会计问题和有章不循的麻烦，并且改善了公司治理不力的局面，此时又出现了一个新的难题--数据安全。数据安全这一问题对他们--尤其是美国的老板和董事会成员--构成了威胁，对他们的负面报道会成为头条资讯，并会迫使管理层成员走人。
