　　Throughout the world, our bodies are different colors.从全世界范围来看，人的身体有不同的颜色。

　　Our bodies are really very marvelous things.我们的身体的确非常奇妙。

　　The way that they continue to work year after year is wonderful.它们年复一年不间断工作的方式，的确十分奇妙。

　　Of course, we need to take care of our bodies with the right diet and exercise.当然，要保养好自己的身体，需要正确的饮食和运动。

　　As we gain more knowledge about our bodies, so we understand better how to take care of them.对身体了解得越多，我们就越懂得如何更好地保护它。

　　In the last 100 years, people are taller, stronger and live longer.近100年来，人们长得更高、更壮，寿命也更长了。

　　This is because doctors and scientists know much more about how our bodies work.这是因为医生和科学家们对我们身体的运作规律有了更多的了解。

　　Their work has not stopped.他们的研究仍然没有停止。

　　And we can expect that we will go on learning more.我们期待着能了解更多。

　　Then our bodies will be even better equipped to handle our life styles.那时，我们将有更健康的身体去安排自己的生活方式。

　　Perhaps soon most people will expect to live beyond 100 years old.也许不久的将来，人们有望活到超过100岁。
