　　留学根据近年来GMAT数学考试的出题情况，收集并整理了一部分GMAT数学考试中具有代表性的试题供考生参考，希望能够为目前正在积极备考GMAT考试的同学带来帮助。

　　14. X的各位和是170. X=20^17-Y,问Y. 可选项是从53到6?

　　这个题有些类似那道减去两位数的题。x=10^172^17-y=13107210^17-y

　　170-13=157

　　有些问题,如果是157的话，这样末17位都是9的话也不够157.怎么回事? 做法肯定是这么做的!

　　15. R,T,U在圆上,半径为4,弧RTU=4/3PAI, 问RU的SEGMENT LENTH

　　角ROU=360X=360X=60，因此RU= r =4

　　16. n为1~100 间整数，问n 能被4整除的概率。

　　n肯定能被2整除.如果n能被4整除，那么n或者n+1能被4整除，在1~100中n能被4整除的有25个.n+1能被4整除的有25个，因此 概率为 /100=1/2

　　3 s/t=64.12=6412/100 .这个题除一下发现结论如下: 1603=6425+3 , 则余数肯定能被3整除，因此只能选45. E

　　17. 1. 0

　　其中有一个是x^4-x^5

　　x^4-x^5 x^4

　　因为 00 所以上式为 x^4

　　18.A certain musical scale has 13 kinds.每种类型有不同的频率。从小到大排列，最大的频率是最小的2倍。除最大的外，剩余的12个成等比排列。若最小的频率是440，则第7个是多少。

　　答案为440根号2。完全不知道该怎么做。

　　设等比为q 其中q1,因为从小到大排列. 有 a13=2a1 a7=a1q^6

　　而a12=a1q^11 有 a1q^112a1 则 q^112

　　这个题会不会不全?

　　19.长方形，周长P，面积K，哪个一定对?

　　答案是2w^2-pw+2k=0.完全不知道该怎么做。

　　宽W,周长P,面积K ,则 长=K/W 周长=2=P

　　所以有2w^2-pw+2k=0

　　20.If x and y are positive integers such that x=8y+12,what is the greatest common divisor of x and y?

　　1) x=12u,where u is an integer

　　2) y=12z,where z is an integer

　　the key is D. How to deal with this kind of question.

　　由题知: x=4

　　由知: x=12u 则y=3k k is an integer. x=12 则x,y最大公因子不能确定.

　　由知: y=12z 则x=12 ,因此x,y的公因子是12。

　　这题我认为选B

　　21. If xy不等于0,is x/y 等于0吗?

　　1) x=-y 2)-x=y

　　答案是D。但我感觉1)，2)这两个条件好象没有用。

　　由xy x0 且 y0, 因此x/y肯定不等于0。但是数据充分性的题，你不要管它有

　　没有用，意思是说如果成立，你能推出结论吗?如果能，就ok.所以选D

　　22.On Janes credit card account, the average daily balance for a 30-day billing cycle is the average of the daily balances at the end of each of the 30 days.At the beginning of a certain 30-day billing cycle,Janes credit card account had a balance of $600.Jane made a payment of $300 on the account during the billing cycle.If no other amounts were added to or subtracted from the account during the billing cycle, what was the average daily balance on Janes account for the billing cycle? 分页标题#e#

　　1) Janes payment was credited on the 21st day of the billing cycle.

　　2) The average daily balance through the 25th day of the billing cycle was $540.

　　The key is D,but why?

　　考阅读的题,我读的很累，能不能翻译成中文:，每个格子里有一个数字，求所有数字的平均数 1 已知各横向平均数的总和 2 已知各纵向平均数的总和令格子总数为 mn 其中m为行数, n为列数

　　已知各横向的平均数总和，表示.所有数字和为 n 则平均数为

　　n/=/m ,而m的值待定，所以平均数求不出. 而总和 是可以把结果求出来的，结果与m,n无关

　　24. 有图说是一个转盘，分为8个区域，分别代表1到8，箭头转到哪个区域，那个人就走多少步，

　　问一共3次转要走16步的话，有多少种不同的排列顺序。

　　答案在56 和64之间徘徊吧。
