All nations should help support the development of a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the worlds most persistent social problems.
观点：全球性大学的建立有它的好处，但是不能太绝对，要具体分析。
承认全球性大学能解决一些社会问题。
但是这样的大学不是万能药panacea ，甚至会引发有他的问题产生。
我们不能忽视解决社会问题还有很多其他方法。
所以各个国家应该结合自己的国情，来解决社会问题，而不是全部要靠发展全球性大学。
