北京市教委召开高等院校参与北京市中小学发展工作推进会。朝阳、海淀、丰台、昌平4个区的教委分别与北京工业大学、中国农业大学、首都师范大学、中国石油大学(北京)等高校代表签署合作框架协议。据统计，截至目前，北京参与中小学薄弱校办学的高校数量已达23所。
高校参与北京市中小学发展工作，是北京促进基础教育优质资源扩大的重要举措。高校将实质参与中小学课程建设、教学改革、师资培训和特色创建，通过深度合作、共享资源，为增加优质教育资源供给打通渠道。
