　　1. salad days (青葱岁月，也就是年轻少不更事，没有阅历的一段时间。)

　　John was in his salad days then and fell in love easily.

　　2. beet red (窘得)满脸通红

　　When she realized her mistake, she turned beet red.

　　她意识到自己出错时，满脸通红。

　　3. like two peas in a pod (一模一样)

　　The twins are like two peas in a pod.

　　4. as cool as a cucumber (泰然自若)

　　Even in the emergency, she remained as cool as a cucumber.
