　　三道菜

　　英美人待客只需三道菜即可。第一道菜为开胃品，如汤,果汁,沙拉.第二道为主食,包括肉,鱼虾等在配上蔬菜.第三道为甜食,如水果,馅饼,冰激凌等.酒和面包一直放在餐桌上供客人随时享用.三道菜上完后是咖啡,同事端上黄油,饼干,巧克力.

　　一道菜吃完时,主人会问:Would you like some more?客人直接回答:Yes,please.或NO,thank you.按英美的传统,每一道菜头一次轮到你面前,即使不喜欢也好也夹一点,而不是说:I dont like it.
