高考英语满分作文 An Announcement（通知）

　　Dear students,

　　 The Student Union is going to organize a music week. It is in the first week of May. The activities include singing pop songs, playing classical and folk music, and a musical competition. If you want to play classical and folk music, please bring musical instruments with you. No instruments are supplied. In the musical competition you will be asked to listen to part of a song or a piece of music and then tell where it is from. If you are interested in the activities and want to take part in any of them, please come to the Student Union to sign up before April 20th. The place for the activities will be announced later.

　　 学生会要组织一次音乐周活动，在五月的第一周举办。活动包括演唱流行歌曲，演奏古典和民间音乐和一个音乐比赛。如果你想演奏古典和民间音乐，请自带乐器。本次活动不提供乐器。在音乐比赛中你会听到一首歌或一段曲子的片断，然后说出它的出处。如果你对此次活动感兴趣，想参加任何一项活动，请于4月20日前来学生会报名。活动地点后时通知。

　　 Good news! The Student Union decides to hold a music week in the first week of May. The activities include singing pop songs, playing classical and folk music. If you play music, you yourself need to bring musical instruments. There is also a musical contest in the activities. In the contest the attenders will first listen to part of a song or a piece of music and then tell where it comes from. If you would like to take part in the activities,please come to the Student Union to sign up before April 20th. The place for the activities will be announced later.
