　　Dear Mr John,

　　I am sorry to tell you that I cant go to school. I havent been well since this morning and my mother took me to the hospital. After taking my temperature, the doctor said that I was having a high fever and had a bad cold. He told me to take some medicine on time, drink more water and stay in better for two days. I am worrying about my lessons Ive missed. Would you pls help me with my lessons when I come back to school?
