　　Our society is in the trends of changing. As the changing increases, peoples working stress also increases. And it grows with each passing day. Many people have put lots of opinions on this problem. In my view, this tendency is inevitable and people can do is to accept it.

　　我们社会正在日益变化中。随着变化的增长，人们的工作压力也随之增加。并与日俱增。很多人都对此发表的观点。在我看来，这种趋势是不可避免的，人们所能做的就是接受。

　　First of all, the population in the world is growing day by day, but the resource is less and less. Some places are lack of resource, which is a common phenomenon. So, to alive, people have to work hard to get enough resource for themselves. In addition, as people pay a lot of attention on education, nowadays most of them are well-educated with great knowledge. Of course, their competition is more and more fierce. Last, with the development of technology, the industry has greatly improved our working efficiency. The machine can work without rest, but people cant. All these changes place lots of burden on peoples shoulder. Thus, it is natural that their working stress increase.

　　首先，世界人口日益增长，而资源却越来越少。有些地方缺乏资源已经是很普遍的现象。所以，为了存活，人必须努力工作为自己取得足够的资源。此外，由于人们很重视教育，如今大多数人都是受过良好教育。当然，他们的竞争是越来越多严峻。最后，随着科技的发展，工业已大大改善了我们的工作效率。机器可以不休息一直运作，但人却不可以。所有这些变化都让人们肩负起更重的压力。所以，他们的工作压力增加是很自然的。

　　Although working stress increase, people have faced it in a proper way. This is the main trends of the world; people cant change it by personal power. They cant change it, but they can find a good way to accept it. As their working stress is increasing day by day, they can find other ways to relax themselves, such as, exercise, dance, travel, reading, sleep and so on. If people can adjust their situation well, they still can enjoy a happy life.

　　虽然工作压力增大，但是人们也得正确地面对。这是主流;人们不可能凭借个人力量来改变它。他们无法改变，但他们可以用恰当的方式接受。由于他们工作压力日益增加，他们可以找其他方法来放松自己，例如，锻炼，跳舞，旅游，看书，睡觉等。如果人们可以调整好自己的状态，他们仍然可以过着快乐的生活。
