　　As the form reflects, with the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games drawing nearer and nearer, some positive changes have taken place.

　　Before that, each week, only two so-called PE lessons were scheduled, during which sometimes we were actually having lessons such as Chinese, Math, Physics and so on. Most of us, who mainly cared for our studies, always neglected physical training.

　　Luckily, the Olympics come! Nowadays, in contrast, we spend more of our time doing physical exercise, for which one hour is arranged every day. We, along with our teachers, organize some outdoor events. Having realized that a sound body can, in turn, help us to learn more productively, we ourselves begin to pay close attention to our physical health.
