2014届高三英语语法：连词用法讲解 1

　　连词是连接单词、短语、从句或句子的一种虚词，在句中不单独作任何成分，大多数连词具有实义。连词往往不重读。

　　一、连词有四种构成方式：

　　1、简单连词

　　and和or或者but但是if如果because因为so所以

　　for因为nor也不neither也不however然而although尽管

　　though尽管since既然lest惟恐unless如果不

　　until直到before在之前when当时候while在期间

　　suppose（that）假使except只是、要不是immediately一就

　　directly一就instantly一就

　　2、关联连词

　　bothand二者都notonlybutalso不仅而且

　　notbut不是而是eitheror要么要么

　　neithernor既不也不whetheror/ornot无论是还是

　　3、分词连词

　　supposing（that）万一provided（that）如果providing（that）如果

　　given（that）如果excepting除非considering考虑到

　　granted（that）尽管granting（that）尽管

　　4、短语连词

　　asif仿佛asthough仿佛evenif即使eventhough即使

　　as/solongas只要incase（that）万一、以防nowthta既然

　　sothat以便、以致inorderthat以便onconsiderthat条件是

　　butthat要不是inthat因为forfear（that）惟恐

　　themoment一就theminute一就theinstant一就

　　nexttime下次each/everytime每次anytime任何时候thefirsttime第一次

　　thelasttime最后一次sothat如此以致suchthat如此以致

　　intheeventthat如果as/sofaras就而言
