A间接宾语置于直接宾语之前:
I made Ann/her a cake.

I sent Bill the photos.
我给比尔寄去了那些照片。
然而,如果直接宾语是人称代词,通常将它紧接在动词之后,并且在它前面使用to或for:
I made it for her.
这是我给她做的。
I sent them to him.
我将它们送给了他。(参见第88节。)
这种位置规则不适用于one,some,any,none等词:He bought one for Ann./He bought Ann one.他给安买了一个。
He gave something to Jack./He gave Jack something.他给了杰克一件东西。
B代词作短语动词的宾语时的位置
与许多短语动词连用时,作宾语的名词可以位于动词短语当中或短语动词末尾:
Hand your papers in./Hand in your papers.
把你(们)的试卷交上来。
Hang your coat up./Hang up your coat.
把你的上衣挂起来。
Take your shoes off./Take off your shoes.
把你的鞋脱掉。
然而,宾语如是代词,就必须把它置于短语动词当中:
hand them in把它们交上来
hang it up把它挂起来
take them off把它们脱掉.
