　　Affect

　　to produce a change in somebody or something 对某人/某物产生影响

　　1. Your opinion will not affect my decision.

　　你的看法不会影响我的决定。

　　2. It does not affect me, Im afraid.

　　恐怕这对我没有什么影响。

　　3. The rise in the price of oil will affect us all.

　　油价上涨，对我们大家都有影响。

　　4. The change of climate may affect their health.

　　气候的改变可能会影响他们的健康状况。

　　Effect

　　The word effect has several meanings. It can mean outcome, consequence or appearance. effect词义有很多，可以表示结果，影响，作用，效果。

　　1. We warned them, but with little or no effect.

　　我们警告过他们，但完全没用。

　　2. The medicine will soon take effect.

　　这种药很快就会见效。

　　3. New controls come into effect next month.

　　新的管理条例下个月起开始生效。

　　4. The new system has had a disastrous effect on productivity.

　　新制度已对生产力造成了灾难性的影响。

　　【注意】

　　affect与effect的区别，同advise与advice的区别一样，主要在于词性的不同。affect为动词，effect主要用作名词。effect也可以用作动词，不过这种用法多用于商务写作中。
