　　The Internet is becoming more and more important to us. Without it, we cant do work better. We can go shopping without going out of our houses. But now, some of us work, study or play on the Internet for long time, especially for young people to play computer games. Its bad for our eyes and health. If we make good use of the Internet, it will be our best friends and help us a lot .

　　互联正成为越来越多的了解这一点对我们至关重要。没有它,我们不能做的更好的工作。我们可以去购物,就不能从我们的房子。我们能听音乐或看电影在互联上。它也能帮助很多学习。我们可以学到很多知识对不同的学科而言,尽快获取信息。但是现在,我们中的一些人工作、学习或玩在互联上很长时间了,尤其是对年轻人玩电脑游戏。这是对我们的眼睛有害健康。如果我们好好利用互联,它将是我们最好的朋友,帮助我们很多。
