　　作为孩子的父母，都希望自己的孩子有出息，在学习上能够获得成功，但是这个愿望许多家长都没有实现，最根本的原因就在于对孩子的教育方法不恰当，只想给孩子最好的，但没有交给孩子学习方法，下面是一篇关于教育孩子的英语作文。

　　My son is very bright.He has a high intelligence,but he doesnt do well in school.I have paid a lot of money for private teachers to help him;I have sent him to two private schools because I thought that the education was better than that in public schools.

　　I have bought him books and computer discos.Still he doesnt do well in school.This proves that the meaning of the saying You can lead a horse to water,but you cant make him drink is that you can give someone all the opportunities for success,but you cant make the person successful.

　　对于孩子的教育问题，许多家长都存在上面这个家长的错误，那就是给孩子现成的东西，却从来没交给孩子如何获得东西，就像是施人以鱼不如施人以渔的道理一样。
