　　 80-100 g Canned tuna fish

　　 4 pcs Romaine

　　 4叶生菜

　　 80 g Cucumber

　　 80克黄瓜

　　 1/2 pc Tomato wedges

　　 1/2个西红柿，切成半月状

　　 10-12 pcs Olives, cut into rings

　　 50克羊乳酪

　　 Onion

　　洋葱

　　 SaltPepper to taste

　　盐和胡椒

　　Oregano Vinaigrette:

　　俄勒冈醋汁：

　　 2 tbsp Olive oil

　　 2大勺橄榄油

　　 1 tbsp Lemon juice

　　 1/2 tsp Dried oregano

　　 1/2小勺干俄勒冈香草

　　Method / 做法:

　　1. Cucumber peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients thoroughly.

　　1. 黄瓜削皮，去籽，然后切成1寸块状。把醋汁的所有原料调匀。

　　2. Place the lettuce and cucumber in a salad bowl. Arrange the tomato wedges around the dish. Top with the olive rings, tuna, feta and onion rings.

　　2. 把生菜，黄瓜先铺入沙拉碗。西红柿围圈摆放。然后把橄榄圈，金枪鱼和乳酪摆在沙拉上面。

　　3. Chill and serve with the prepared dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.

　　3. 入冰箱冰镇，食用时配上醋汁。盐和胡椒粉调味。
