雅思口语高频话题：An important advice

　　前两天看到中文书中提到：

　　上帝，赐我宁静，接受我不能改变的，赐我勇气，改变我所能改变的，赐我智慧，识别二者的不同。

　　记得在加拿大到时候看到急忙搜出来英文版本：

　　God, give us grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed, courage to change the things that should be changed, and the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other.

　　这是一个不错的选材，应对雅思口语关于a useful advice的话题卡。

　　其实这句话的好处在于生活中无数的例子和问题可以用它来解决，比如，有的同学担心考场其他考生太强，对于自己拿高分不利，而其他考生恰恰是 things that cannot be changed,而自己精心备考才是 things that should be changed,这种心理恰恰说明学生缺乏 the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other.

　　再比如，地震、天热，这些都是不可以改变的，而可以改变的在于我们自身是否能够制定目标并按照计划去实现目标。

　　说道耐心、恒心和专心，我建议可以通过练习瑜伽得到改善。我的健身房里有一位30多岁的中年老伙子，他开始热衷上瑜伽课，因为他能够长时间坐住了，而以前则多动;另外韧带更好了，弯腰手触地轻松做到，而以前则硬的如石头。
