　　二、Method:

　　做法：

　　1.Wash and devine the shrimps, dry them up with the kitchen towel.

　　1.虾仁洗净去泥肠，用纸巾抹去多余水份。

　　2.Stir-fry the onion with olive oil over the medium heat until the onion transparent, about 3 minutes. Add in minced garlic and chili. Stir fry until the garlic appears golden in colour.

　　2.用中火以橄榄油炒香洋葱末至透明状，约3分钟，加入蒜末和辣椒，炒至蒜呈金黄色。

　　3.Add in diced tomatoes and dry parsley. Flavoured with a little salt.

　　3.倒入蕃茄丁，加入欧芹末，加入少许盐调味。

　　4.Turn the heat down and stir briefly and let cook for about 5 minutes. Add in shrimps and stir until all the shrimps coated with the sauce. Cover and simmerfor 3-5 minutes until the shrimps are cooked. Flavour with a little more salt if desired.

　　4.转小火，稍微翻炒，大约5分钟。将虾仁入锅，让每一只都可沾到酱料，盖上锅盖煮3-5分钟至虾仁熟，可视个人口味再加入少许盐。
