Where was it? Was it far from your home?
Its about ten minutes walk from my home and I usually walked there with my best friend who lived next to me.
How did you go to school?
It depends. I usually walk to school with my classmates who live near me, but if it is rain or I dont feel good that day my parents will drive me to school.
What were the good things about that school?
I love the school uniforms and teachers will punish those mean boys. In primary school we didnt have too much homework and I could see real friends every day.
Would you say it was a good school?
Yes. Especially teachers, they never yelled at us, and they never pushed us to do things we didnt like, so each of us could develop our own interests.
What were some of the most popular activities at primary school?
We loved junk modeling. We collected together some empty boxes of different sizes and shapes along with straws, glue, plastic bottles and colorful papers. Then we used them to make a vehicle, a robot. We loved it because it allowed our imaginations run free!
Have you ever returned to see your old school again?
After graduation I never returned because I am sentimental and I feel sad if I encounter all those old things especially I go back to an old place alone.
Would you send your child to that school today?
Yes. The school is beautiful and teachers there are professional. It is very rare for a primary school to have selective classes which allow them to develop different interest. Moreover, I can tell my child a lot of stories I encountered at her age.
What different types of schools have you been to?
My primary school is a private school. The environment was good but there were a lot of geeks because their families were rich and they were spoiled. My high school is a public school. I met real friends there and had an unforgettable memory.
Which school did you like the most?
Normally, people think high school is horrible and you might get depressed for 3 years. But I miss it so much after graduation. I have friends who treat me right and teachers who actually love their jobs. Also, I love the days when we worn school uniforms together, studying and playing.
Did your parents choose your secondary school for you?
No. luckily, their attitudes are always let it be. They never choose something for me and never push me to do something.
What was your favorite subject in secondary school?
I loved history. It is interesting and gives me a better insight on how people in different centuries lived. Moreover, I love history because I always got an A in the whole school year.
Which secondary school subject do you think is most useful for people in adult life?
I think it is English. It is the international language and you can talk to people from other countries.
And which subject did you like the least?
I hate chemistry and biology because there are so many theories to remember. Teachers are boring too. They are science nerds.
How do you feel about your high school ?
Its much better than middle school, but it is a lot harder. There are so many subjects to learn. And sometimes I have wars with boys but its fun when I recall right now.
