雅思常考十种场景词汇：租房/课外研究场景

　　1.租房场景

　　这种题型，以前看人也介绍过，并且很详细，这里把他们总结在一起。

　　首先辨别是租房还是买房。For lease, for rent 出租与for sale 出卖

　　房子的类型有：公寓flat, apartment, 学生宿舍dormitory , 学生旅店student hostel, 青年旅店youth hostel ，还有一种叫留宿当地居民家里homestay.

　　一般房子有的家电或设施有：

　　炉子stove, 冰箱fridge, 微波炉microwave oven, 洗衣机washing machine, 空调air-conditioner, 电风扇electric fan, 冷却器电暖炉radiator, 电炉electric stoves ，

　　床上用品及其他物品有：

　　枕头pillow, 枕套和被单pillow case and bed linen, 被单被褥 sheet, 床垫mattress, 毯子blanket, towel手巾毛巾，窗帘curtain，地毯carpet

　　房子位置：Road, Street, lane小路巷, Avenue 大道

　　门厅的叫法：hall, lobby, porch 阳台balcony，睡房bedroom, 厨房kitchen,

　　租房的规律为：

　　离市中心越近，房价越高，位置稍偏，价钱会比较有吸引力;但便宜的房子一般有不理想的地方：

　　not near the center, not near the railway station, far from the bus stop, near the airport, noisy, shared kitchen, insects, a stranger in the next bed, have no privacy, have to prepare some repellant令人厌烦 ,insects haunting. 闹昆虫

　　电话询问看房子常用语：

　　Is it available now? when will it be available?.

　　Is there a telephone? How far is it from.? Is it furnished?

　　What is the rental price? How is it cooled /heated?

　　Furnished：意为配备了家具。

　　2.课外研究场景.

　　主要是在课外研究一些小的项目，小的调查研究，包括对学校里各个地方，食品等的价格的比较，这些看似不屑一顾的东西，个人认为，这也是与文化背景有关系的，外国人注重人的实践能力，从小培训。听时特别关注的是人名，并注意先判断男女，以及各自的观点。

　　素食者vegetarian，馅饼pie，布丁果冻pudding，汤soup，

　　咖啡coffee, 炸鱼和土豆片fish and chips, 油腻的greasy

　　有时候让受访者谈论value for money, 看值不值得花这个钱，又或者谈论某计划应否开展。

　　表支持的，同意的：

　　Thats great!/ That would be of great help./Why not?

　　Its of great benefit./ It would be your best guide.

　　不同意的:

　　I dont see any reason for that./I wouldnt recommend it.

　　To be frank, avoid them./ Why? /Whys that?
