雅思听力考试高分需要有稳定的心理素质

问：您好，我想请问一下，如果使用剑桥真题3-6才算最有效果，我练听力基本上能保持在6-6.5分的水平，但是真正在考试的时候只有5.5。雅思听力怎样练才算有实质性提高?
老师：一种能力被很多人忽视的就是稳定的心理素质。我不知道你平时做题的感觉和考试是否一样，如果不一样那就很正常。过于放松和紧张对考试都是不利的。适度的紧张时考试的最佳状态。另外，反应力和速度也会影响考试的成绩。考完还要检查自己的答案格式是否符合要求，诸如大小写啊，不超过三个词，单复数等。
