俗话说商场如战场，如今，随着科技的发展，购物手段不再拘泥于某一形式。为了给顾客提供便利、创造最佳购物体验，商家纷纷拓宽销售平台开展多种模式，向全渠道模式发展。

The adjective omnichannel is used to refer to "a type of retail which integrates the different methods of shopping available to consumers", e.g. online, in a physical shop, or by phone.

Omnichannel(全渠道的)是形容词，指“一种综合了多种顾客购物手段的零售形式，如网络、实体店、电话零售。

The word comes from the combination of omni- ('all') and channel. A similar term with a different meaning is multichannel, which refers to something that 'employs or possesses many television or communications channels.

该词由omni-(意为“所有、全部)和channel(渠道)合并而成。"multichannel"与之类似，但意思不同，这个术语是指“运用或占有多种不同的电视或通信渠道。
