习近平就构建中美新型大国关系提出“四点建议”

国家主席习近平22日在美国华盛顿州西雅图市出席华盛顿州当地政府和美国友好团体联合举行的欢迎宴会时发表演讲，就中美大国关系发表意见。

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday put forward a four-point proposal on the development of a new model of major-country relationship between China and the United States.

22日，国家主席习近平就中美两国构建中美新型大国关系提出四点建议。

他指出，中美两国要坚持构建中美新型大国关系的正确方向，正确判断彼此战略意图(read each other's strategic intentions correctly)，坚定不移推进合作共赢(advance win-win cooperation)，妥善有效管控分歧(manage their differences properly)，广泛培植人民友谊(cultivating extensive friendship among people of the two nations)，共同开创中美更加美好的未来。

习近平还强调，发展依然是当代中国第一要务(most urgent priority)。中国经济将保持平稳较快发展。我们将统筹稳增长(coordinated development)、促改革、调结构(promote structural adjustment)、惠民生(improve people's well-being)、防风险(forestall risks)，促进经济增长保持中高速水平(keeping its economic growth at a medium-high level)。中国坚持改革开放(reform and opening up)，坚持依法治国(the rule of law)，坚持走和平发展(peaceful development)道路，愿同各国一道，构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系。
