中美众巨星合拍《长城》,预计明年上映

"The Greatwall", a Sino-US co-production, will finishshooting in August, said director Zhang Yimou onThursday.

The fantasy film, featuring Chinese and Hollywoodstars such as Matt Damon, Willem Dafoe, and AndyLau, centers on mankind's resistance against demonmonsters.

这部科幻电影由中国及好莱坞的巨星马特达蒙，威廉.达福和刘德华为主演，剧情以人类抵抗怪兽为中心展开

To fight evil, an international elite force turn the Greatwall into a weapon to ward off monsterstrying to devour humankind, said the director.

导演表示，这只国际精英力量为了对抗邪恶势力，将会把长城转变为武器用来抵抗想要毁灭人类的怪兽

All scenes were shot in China, said Zhang Yimou, adding that he had been driven by a desire topromote Chinese culture through the iconic Greatwall, with the help of Hollywood.

同时，张艺谋也表示，所有的场景都是在中国拍摄完成的，另外他也希望在好莱坞的帮助下，他可以通过中国的标志--长城，来对中国文化进行宣传

The film is slated for worldwide release on Nov. 23, 2016.
