中国设首个世行“信托基金”

月16日，世界银行集团行长金墉与中国财政部部长楼继伟就设立一笔5000万美元的信托基金助力减少贫困签署协议。

7月16日，世界银行与中国就设立信托基金助力减少贫困签署协议。

“信托基金(trust fund)也叫投资基金，是一种“利益共享、风险共担的集合投资方式。这里trust指信托，如信托财产(trust property)、公益信托(charitable trust)。

据悉，该信托基金预计今年下半年启动，旨在加强中国与世界银行集团的合作，撬动资金和知识资源(leverage financial and knowledge-based resources)来帮助发展中国家实现包容性和可持续发展(achieve inclusive and sustainable development)。信托基金将为全球和地区层面(at the global and regional levels)的投资项目(investment projects)、业务、知识开发(knowledge development)和人力资源合作( human-resources cooperation)提供资助。

目前，中国已是世行的第三大股东国，也是国际开发协会(International Development Association，IDA)和全球基础设施基金的重要捐助国之一。
