震惊外媒：中国土豪包五星级酒店为海狮庆生

The son of a multi-billionaire hired out the entire swimming pool of a five-star hotel as a birthday treat for his pet sea lion.

The pet's devoted Chinese owner wanted to make it a birthday to remember and pulled out all the stops to make it special.

And the sea lion was given the run of the premises at the popular Ocean Spring Hotel resort, located in coastal Qingdao City, in East China's Shandong Province.

The man is the son of businessman and philanthropist Wang Jianlin, whose personal fortune is believed to be in excess of $13billion (£8million).

Luckily the hotel was not busy otherwise families might have had something to say about going for a swim with a fully grown sea lion.

The owner and his pet were given an all-access pass to the resort facilities and waiter service for those special fishy meals which were served by the poolside after being made by the chef.

The hotel are coy about revealing what the owner, who is in his 30's, paid for his two night stay.
