证金公司出资申购“公募基金”

证监会官方微博9日发布消息，决定由中国证券金融股份有限公司提供充裕资金用于申购公募基金，以保障公募基金行业平稳运行，切实发挥专业机构投资者稳定资本市场的作用。

中国证监会9日宣布，国家保证金交易服务提供商中国证券金融股份有限公司将提供充裕资金用于申购公募基金。

公募基金(public offering of fund)，是受政府主管部门监管的，向不特定投资者公开发行受益凭证的证券投资基金。 公募，即公开发行(public offering)，相对的还有私募基金(private equity fund)。
