文职官员权力被削弱[qh]The Japanese Diet hasenacted legislation stripping civilian defensebureaucrats of seniority over uniformed Self-DefenseForces officers, placing them on an equal footing.

日本国会近日通过一项法律，取消了防卫省文职官员相对于自卫队军职官员的"统领"地位，文职与军职因此变成了平级。

The change reflects the increasing importance of the judgment of SDF commanders as theforces' roles have expanded to include UN peacekeeping missions overseas and disaster relief.

此项更改后，此前已将行动职权扩大到联合国海外维和任务以及灾难救援的自卫队，权力范围又进一步扩大了。
