中国销售额最大的商业地产开发商大连万达集团推出旗下首款网上投资产品，以求依靠广大网民筹集资金，建设下一批商场。

Those who sign up for Wanda's crowdfunding project, "Stable Earner No 1", can expectannualized returns of 12%, generated through rental fees from completed Wanda Plazas.

参与万达众筹项目"稳赚1号"的人士，可预期得到12%的年化收益率，这些收益将来自建成后的万达广场的租金收入。

With a minimum investment of RMB1,000, the product opens the world of commercial realestate to ordinary investors for the first time, the company said Monday.
