A: Would you look! That guy has been following that poor woman around; he’s obviously got a crush on her.
B: I think he has just taken a liking to her.
A: You don’t know what you’re talking about! He’s obviously head over heels in love. I can see he only has eyes for her!

A: 看啊，不管那位可怜的女人走到哪儿，他就跟到哪儿。很显然他是迷恋上她了。
B: 我想他只是喜欢她罢了。
A: 你在说什么啊！很明显他都爱到了发狂的地步。看得出来他的眼中只有她！

【语言点精讲】

get a crush on sb.: 迷上某人；疯狂的爱上某人。
take a liking to: 喜欢某人，对某人有好感。
be head over heals in love: 形容某人坠入了爱河，由于爱情而不能正常地表现。
only have eyes for sb.: 眼中只有某人。
