资讯采访权 rights in newsgathering

《经济观察报》记者仇子明因报道上市公司关联交易内幕遭全国通缉一事，使维护资讯记者合法权益的问题再次引发人们的关注。对此有关负责人表示，资讯机构对涉及国家利益、公共利益的事件依法享有知情权和采访权，相关人员依法从事资讯采访活动受法律保护。

The country's top administration for press and publication has stressed the protection of reporters'rights in newsgathering, following a string of suspected attacks against journalists who exposed scandals.

因不断有记者在进行揭露性报道后遭到可疑攻击，中国资讯出版总署再次强调要保护记者的资讯采访权。

文中的rights in newsgathering就是指“采访权。这里的newsgathering就是指“资讯采访，相关的行为也就是newsgathering activities。资讯出版总署表示，资讯机构对issues related to national and public interests（涉及国家利益、公共利益的事件）有right to know, interview, publish, criticize and supervise（知情权、采访权、发表权、批评权、监督权）。

在看警匪片时，通缉令上常贴着一幅罪犯头像，旁边扣着一个大大的wanted。仇子明因为刊发了negative report（负面报道）而在这起事件中遭到全国网上通缉，这里的“通缉也是用wanted来表示。公安机关为了尽快抓住逃犯常把通缉信息挂在网上，这份“网络通缉名单就称为national online list of criminals wanted。
