　　据山西晚报4月1日也曾报道，山西省第十二届人大常委会第二次会议表决通过《太原市流动人口服务管理条例》等6项决定。其中，将于今年7月1日起实施的《太原市流动人口服务管理条例》，使流动人口在太原市办理暂住证成为历史，太原也在我省率先统一实行居住证制度。据悉，太原市流动人口将实行居住登记和居住证管理制度。居住证一人一证，有效期为5年。年满16周岁的流动人口到达太原拟居住10日以上的，应当自到达之日起10日内，持本人有效身份证件和有关材料，向居住地公安派出所申报居住登记。流动人口拟在居住地居住30日以上的，应当在居住登记的同时申领居住证。在居住地探亲、访友、旅游、出差、休假的;就学、就医、疗养的;依法不需要办理居住证的其他情形等，只办理居住登记，可以不申领居住证。
